General Information
The congress will be held at Elite World Taksim-Istanbul from April 18-20, 2025.
Language of the Congress
The official language of the congress is Turkish.
Permissions
Invitation letters for participation in the congress, to be submitted to institutions, will be sent to participants upon request through the Congress Secretariat. These invitation letters can only be used for permission purposes. Registration and accommodation fees of guests with such invitation letters will be their own responsibility.
Badge
All participants will be provided with badges. To ensure the organization of the congress, it is kindly requested that badges be worn at all times.
Speaker Room
The speaker room will be available for speakers who wish to check their presentations during the congress. If the presentation is brought on a personal computer, it will be transferred to the congress computers by the staff. After the presentation, if desired, it will be deleted under the speaker's supervision.
Abstract General Information
The congress abstract presentation will be in the form of posters and oral presentations. Those wishing to participate with an abstract must submit their abstracts through the poster and oral presentation section of the website by March 09, 2025. To have the abstracts published in the digital book, registration for the congress is required.
Exhibition Area
Pharmaceutical and medical device companies will display their products in the area allocated to them at the congress venue.
Secretariat Services
Inquiries will be answered through the congress secretariat from 08:00 to 22:00 at the congress venue. Please contact Burkon Tourism before the congress.
