Abstract

Abstracts will be collected via the online system.

Participants who wish to present an abstract at the congress must submit their abstracts via the abstract submission module on the website by 09 January 2026 at the latest.

Abstract Submission Rules
  • The official language for abstracts is Turkish.
  • Abstracts must include the subheadings "Objective, Material-Method, Results-Conclusion". Case reports must include the subheadings "Objective, Case, Conclusion".
  • Academic titles should not be used. Abstracts must not exceed 300 words.
  • The title should clearly reflect the content of the study and must not exceed 10 words.
  • Words in the abstract title should begin with a capital letter. (Abbreviations are an exception.)
  • Abstract texts are collected online via the abstract submission system. Submissions by e-mail or other means will not be accepted.
  • Saved drafts in the system can be edited until the final submission deadline. However, once submitted, abstracts cannot be edited or modified.
  • Abstracts sent via the online module will be published as they are; therefore, attention must be paid to spelling errors. Authors are responsible for all typographical errors.
  • The presenting author must register for the congress and attend to present the abstract.
Abstract Evaluation
  • Submitted abstracts will be reviewed after the submission deadline, and as a result of the review, they will be accepted or rejected.
  • The evaluation will be conducted online by the Abstract Evaluation Committee, with the authors' names/surnames and institutions kept confidential. The results will be sent to all abstract authors.
Digital Poster Technical Specifications
  • Must be prepared as a JPEG in 3:4 vertical aspect ratio.
  • Must be high resolution, minimum 1536(width) x 2048(height) pixels.
  • In the Digital E-poster prepared with the specified dimensions, the text should be as large and legible as possible. The recommended font is Arial between 12 - 22 points.
  • If the information on the E-Poster does not fit on one page, a second page with the same dimensions should be created. The quality of inserted images and tables must also be high.
  • Authors experiencing issues with JPEG resolution may also send their working files directly in ppt or pptx format if they wish.
