General Information
Organization Center
The organization will be held between April 09-12, 2026 at The Marmara Otel/Taksim, İstanbul.
Permissions
Organization invitation letters, which may be requested for submission to institutions for participation, will be sent to requesting participants via the Organization Secretariat. Such invitation letters can only be used for permission purposes, and participants are responsible for their own registration/accommodation fees.
Name Badge
All participants will be given a name badge. To ensure order during the organization, it is kindly requested that name badges be worn during all scientific and social activities.
Speaker Ready Room
The speaker ready room will be available for speakers who wish to check their presentations during the organization. Presentations will be transferred to the organization's computers by the staff.
Certificate of Attendance
Certificates of attendance for all participants will be sent digitally to their email addresses after the organization concludes.
Abstract General Information
Abstract presentations for the organization will be in the form of poster and oral presentations. You must submit your abstracts via the website no later than 09 January 2026.
