Services Included in the Registration Fee:

  • The registration fee includes congress printed materials, a badge, a congress bag, and participation in the scientific program.
  • The daily external participation fee includes lunch and coffee break refreshments provided within the scope of the scientific program.
  • The registration fees do not include 20% VAT.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • Requests and changes related to registration reservations must be submitted in writing to the organizing secretariat.
  • Cancellations made by February 28, 2025, will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made by March 8, 2025, will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations or refunds will not be possible after March 8, 2025, but name changes will be accepted.
  • All refund transactions will be processed within 30 business days after the event. Transfer fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Services Included in the Accommodation Fee:

  • 3-night accommodation, breakfast, and dinner are included, from Thursday, April 17, 2025, check-in, to Sunday, April 20, 2025, check-out.
  • Non-staying participants who wish to have dinner should contact the organization secretary (sena.eyuboglu@burkon.com)
  • The meeting package is included in the accommodation. Non-staying participants are required to pay the daily external participation fee.
  • The daily external participation fee includes lunch and coffee break refreshments provided during the scientific program.
  • Accommodation fees do not include 10% VAT and 2% accommodation tax. Any changes in the VAT rate will be reflected accordingly.
